My team is focused on one goal. Everyone has their own individual goals, but they know that by hitting their goal they will help hit the team goal. They are driven to help others succeed.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone who has been here for over a year is invested in the same kind of culture. They nourish a culture of growth and development. We are always learning even if someone is the "best" at what they do.
What makes you most happy at work?
I am able to make my own schedule with advisement from my manager. I am able to provide a product that is the best in the world to my customers, and a job that is the best for people eager to grow themselves.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is so focused and invested in developing everyone in the business. They put in place so many programs to help anyone succeed in what they seek. They don't care what your employment plans are in the future, they want to make sure you are a 5 star recruit and the best you can be.
