What are some of the best things about your team?
They are the only group of people I've worked with where I genuinely LIKE all of them. They want to grow, improve, and help those around them--always.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Just the way that communication is encouraged and celebrated at every level. The company respects its employees as people, and sometimes people need to communicate problems or successes. The door is always open for this.
What makes you most happy at work?
The idea that I'm making a difference in someone's day, by possibly being the only kind interaction they have in a day. If they purchase the product or join my team and make sales, that's great--whatever makes the biggest impact on them, is what makes me happy.
