I have grown up here and would be blessed to grown old here. I am who I am today because of the experiences I have had with Vector. It has molded me and shaped me into the strong, independent woman that I am today. It taught me morals, it has given me mentors, it has saved my life.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
I've grown up here and hope to retire here. I have had the greatest times of my life here and have gone through some of the toughest times of my life here. This is my second family, often times more supportive than my immediate family.

The last 19 years of my life have been the best year's of my life. If I had to walk away tomorrow, Cutco has forever changed my life personally and professionally. I'm forever indebted to Cutco for giving me the life I could only have dreamed about as a poor kid, growing up in Northeast Philly.

We do the right thing, not the easy thing no matter what the cost.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Asking all parts of the business what they need and what they need less of
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think we are heavily geared to compensating men in our business and woman eventually.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Mental health benefits for my family have been beyond important right now. Thank you so incredibly much.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to work on a first class team and to bring my ides and creativity to the table.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We help each other no matter what. Nobody says, "that's not my job", that kind of attitude doesn't exist in our office.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
That they give me a voice and give me opportunities to grown and learn. They pick me up when I fall and I do the same for them.
What makes you most happy at work?
That I am surrounded by people that have my back and lift me up. So often people like to watch others fall but that is not the culture of our office.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Doing the right thing no matter the cost. People over products. My team doesn't get derailed , we pick up shovel's and pave new roads together.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
That I am always given a voice at the table. It's not always about seniority, sometimes you need a fresh set of eyes to shake things up in a good way, to get you thinking outside the box. I love that we are encouraged to share and contribute.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being supported by leaders that are not all about the sale all of the time. Knowing that sometimes the win is taking time to listen to someone and that is simply it, just giving someone the opportunity to be heard. It's so simple, yet we simply over complicate things.
