There’s a lot of politics that can put a damper on you making an impact. There’s still a boys club culture and they hire people like minded. The storefront team is marketing team no real products and the OPI team is more product and experience focu

It is a lot of chaos, in a very good way. People have started to listen to each other so it is easy to collaborate in most of the areas.

product design leadership is constantly trying new ways to bring the team together, and iterating on solutions to creating great team culture. I can't speak for the rest of the company.
