The onboarding process is messy and long because the company doesn't think it through & hires too many new ppl at once. Not much attention was given to my team.

It is in a good area of the city, the offices are nice and the work isn't too challenging
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Because the pay is pretty standard. I'd feel better if we got a pass or discount on public transportation to and from work
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There are a lot of perks (ie food, drinks) and a young company culture that encourages workers to interact, have fun and learn more about other things
