When my hard work is recognized and when i am trained to learn more things. My goal is to become a front end manager! I love making customers happy. I just want a raise and for my hard work to be recongized.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My coworkers are mostly made up of hardworking people who try their best to do a great job with the customers while maintaining positive work relationships. There are also a big percentage of cashiers who do the bare minimum. I think its unfair i am paid the same as them.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I used to make 2 dollars above minimum wage. Now, i am only making minimum wage. I have student loans and debt to pay off and medical bills but I turn 26 next month and i need full time benefits. I am late yes but its because im tired of being undervalued here at weis. I was on time for first 7 yrs
