WeWork is the single worst company I have ever had the displeasure of working at. Goals are disorganized, project/product management is a total mess, and almost every employee is rude, standoffish, and seems to wish I would please buzz off rather than ask them to do their jobs.

There's mouthwash in the bathrooms.

Everything needs to be improved.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Have a business model that isn't a Ponzi Scheme.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Very cliqueish, not really interested in helping new employees.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
WeWork's business model will never be profitable so there is no incentive for any employees to do more than the bare minimum.
