I am happy! And I think that's a rarity for anyone to say they are truly happy at their work nowadays. But I genuinely look forward to work and everything that comes along with it. I'll be with Zevia indefinitely.

How fair the pay is and how well rounded it is, i.e. it includes car/phone allowance since I work remotely

It's not a competition between us - every one's success is our own as well. It's nice to feel like the culture isn't 'dog eat dog' but supportive and encouraging instead.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The entrepreneurial spirit! Everyone is in it to win it, and we are all aware that we need a team in order to achieve the success we all want. It's not so much about the individual but the collective.
What makes you most happy at work?
It encapsulates everything I have hoped for in a sales position: I love the products offered by Zevia, I respect the company and it's leadership immensely, I'm proud to represent such an environmentally conscious company and one that is supportive of charities.
