Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I bring the requisite experience and knowledge to the role/team, devote much time to learning & development of others, complete work matters and key projects, trustworthy and with the appropriate attitude in the "how" - yet to receive the full compensation

Pay scale is low compared to other companies I've worked at. 401k match is okay, but best in class is 6% match, plus another 3% to 6% on top of that for the pension. So I put in 6%, company would put in 12%, total 18% combines.

I really appreciate the company for the generous benefits. In term of the paid salary only, it is lower than Average Base Salary for the position in the market. Hopefully it can match the industry standard in the future.
