Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel like i spent the first 5 years going through the growing pains of a non profitable start up. Now that we are in a better position, i want a reevaluation of my salary.

I really appreciate the company for the generous benefits. In term of the paid salary only, it is lower than Average Base Salary for the position in the market. Hopefully it can match the industry standard in the future.
