I am fairly new but it has been a positive experience so far. There is clear room growth in role and processes but the culture aspect has been a boon in motivation for continuation in those areas.

Team is really friendly overall.

There is a concerted effort to have gatherings--but nobody is punished for not attending.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Being able to work remotely and the transparency in compensation levels across the board at different levels.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that they are transparent in the way they are guiding and reasoning the why behind the what when they are informing us about direction.
