I enjoy my team members and most of my work. I appreciate the flexibility and the ownership I have over my projects. I'd like to see a more fun, engaging culture. For benefits, I would like to have more PTO.

The flexibility is the best part of the company's environment. I don't feel pressured to be at my desk all the time.

The casual, laid-back atmosphere that truly invites everyone to be their true selves. I also like that team member engagement and fun in the workplace are important.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I would like to feel valued and respected by directors+ and seen as a SME in my field. I would like my job title and compensation to be adjusted at level that accurately represents the work that I do.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued because the job role I accepted was positioned to me at a higher level (manager) than it is and was also given to me at a lower level than I applied for. The role I have is 2 levels below where I should be. Even with a promotion, I won't be at the level that represents my worth.
