Finally moving into a space of inclusiveness and cohesion. I appreciate the energy that I come to every day.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Open Office hours is one of my favorite things in the week to meet and converse with the team. My bosses "open door" behavior is awesome!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I love my salary. While I know I can be and should be making more due to my years of experience, I am able to provide for my family. I am thankful.
What makes you most happy at work?
Knowing that we are still moving in a space that sometimes moves with the likes of a "start-up" but in a fun way. I love the ability that everyday is a new day at Zulily to be our best!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
To be in honest, I appreciate the All Hands Meeting. I am unsure, but I feel like they are pre-recorded, so I'm unsure if they are really that helpful in regard to interaction. I do appreciate the transparency. I will say that I love my present level of Leadership (Kelly Wolf, and Kasey Peterson)
