Zulily has been great thus far - I do worry about the state of the company due to the current Market. I worry that our TA team would be the first to get the cut which makes me feel insecure in my job. Otherwise - My team is great to work worth. There are opportunities for growth.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I feel that my team is very accepting and welcoming.
What makes you most happy at work?
My Team Members, they are always great to work with.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I've never felt that anyone on my team is 'unapproachable' if I ever have a question I know I can count on my team to help me.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The TA Team does an incredible Job of caring for each individual team member, and their career path. My Manager does an exceptional job at keeping in touch, ensuring my work load is ok, and if I ever need anything. Cant say enough good of things!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My work load can reflect a different payment - I am up to market standard, but I do believer that the amount I work, and or the projects that I take on would reflect a higher pay. I am also new to the company - so I do understand pay bumps come with time.
