It seems that our leaders struggle with truly understanding the role and the amount of work we do every day.

Work/life balance, not getting enough time to understand change because things happen so fast, and not getting enough support on my team

We trust and help each other. I always feel that I have someone to go to if I need a second opinion or brain storm an idea.
