What is the best part about your compensation package?
Benefits are great, I had a recent health scare and the benefits team was ahead of offering me what benefits I had available to help me through it. I didn't have to go hunt them down. This helped alleviate some of the stress of the event.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team work very well together, they pull towards the common goal, understand our #1 focus is Mom and service our customers in a way they may not find at other online retailers. They have a 'get it done attitude' that makes leading them a pleasure.
