I have been happy the past 5 years. There has been a LOT of ups and downs. I really feel that Assistant Buyers are WAY underpaid and not given enough credit.

I love what I do and knowing I am actually making an impact.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have been told for years that my pay is comparable to market value. I do not believe this is the case and I have been underpaid because of being promoted internally. Someone who comes into the company at the same level should NEVER be paid more than I am especially with my experience.
