I have enjoyed the rollercoaster ride going from a start up, several direction changes, and ultimately ending up to helping Moms at a larger scale. Being part of a bigger company has brought changes that feels like friction, but Zulily itself has been great.

The culture promotes collaboration and cooperation, within each team as well as cross-platform, cross-squad and cross-departments.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Very collaborative, fun and smart folks who will swarm to help each other. Folks are also willing to take me under their wing for mentorships, and I also feel like I have something to share (aka, they are willing to listen)
What do you like best about the leadership team?
If I approach them with a question or issue during Q&As, they get answered to the best of leaderships' knowledge IF THEY ARE UPVOTED ENOUGH. It would be even better if all questions get answered even if it is after the meeting.
