TMRGs have honestly kept me going the past 3 years

some members are very personable and have taken the time to get to know me

my annual increase for the past 3 years combined is still less than one year's inflation increase

What are some of the best things about your team?

my peers are all great to work with! they are genuine, kind, caring, work hard, but also help each other as needed to work towards our team's common goals

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

my manager is difficult to work with and my concerns are dismissed when bubbled up; our team workload is overwhelming as a whole and people don't have bandwidth to dig deeper or do stretch projects; the work is not fulfilling
