What is NPS

Net Promoter Score (NPS) is a management tool that can be used to gauge the satisfaction of a firm's customer relationships. NPS has been widely adopted as a key metric often linked to the revenue potential of a company’s product or service. The metric is based on customer responses to the question: "On a scale of 0 to 10, how likely are you to recommend the product to a friend?"

Compassion & respect. I am not rushed through, questions are asked & thoroughly answered, I appreciate pricing is discussed, They keep me updated if there is a delay and they seem to adore my cat as much as I do.
What can this brand most improve?
No available spots. Its very hard for working people to find available spot fits their schedile. Also, it takes pretty mach money out of pocket when need some treetment. Doctors not always recognize proper diagnose for illness
