Net Promoter Score (NPS) is a management tool that can be used to gauge the satisfaction of a firm's customer relationships. The metric is based on customer responses to the question: "On a scale of 0 to 10, how likely are you to recommend the product to a friend?"

After opting out of Overdraft Protection, Wood Forest willing sends items through and then charged $32 for a OD fee. Their explanation is always different and is contridictory to each other. I shiuld have OD protection for as many times as a have had to fight for my money.

Customer service needs to be improved, employees need to be more knowledgeable in their job, no should be no reason a manager cant help a customer and still try to lie.
