Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
I was a teacher in the school system. My hard work and skills from my previous position were recognized very early on. I was assigned tasks & given responsibilities that helped strengthen my abilities to continue executing a wonderful training experience for our team. I love my job and we dream big!

Our leadership team trains well and helps us to become impactful leaders within the company.

The value is very affordable and I take advantage of all benefits due to this.

The collaboration and communication that we have is commendable. We are able to quickly tackle resolutions and take necessary action using our team's valuable feedback.

The leadership team is tremendous. I consider myself a leader within the company and there is an immense amount of guidance and positivity within the leadership team!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We feel like a family. The culture and company environment is inclusive. Our upper management team values that we are human first and support us in every endeavor we have within life's journey.

I love the challenges and the encouragement we are given to get tasks accomplished. We have meetings and discussions about improvements and everyone's voice is heard. We are always striving to become our best selves.

We have a voice at 10Federal and feel like every idea is explored, taken constructively, and brought to reality. Our feedback has always been taken into high consideration no matter what position you are in within the company.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are all seen uniquely for our talents and recognized for the dedication and commitment we bring. We are evaluated fairly and we are able to communicate effectively with one another. We are always made to feel like mistakes happen and they are a learning experience.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
We are paid and asked if we are able to work overtime when needed. The Holiday pay is really great. We are able to choose our hours to fit our own personal schedules when requested. We have never been denied compensation. We have a great health package.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We celebrate our success together. We motivate and cheer on everyone for their accomplishments. We are able to focus less on the negative and grow from challenges because our leaders respect us and show us how to grow and become leaders ourselves through learning and sharing their knowledge.
