At my age I have seen and work for a lot of companies by far 10 Federal is the best company I have ever worked for everyone is treated equally fairly everyone is nice everyday we're growing and technology and moving forward everyone works together even if it's not their department can get no better

Being able to have family members to my plan with no extra cost

Being able to come together and share a new ideas and put them together as a teen

Courtesy kind and polite always willing to help even if it's out of their department everyone work together as a unit this type of teamwork is hard to find anywhere in the times we live in

There is always room to grow with any company the package I received works for me that question was a very hard question there's always room for growth I love my job they provide a good wage if I show up and perform my job everything is good
