This has been a good job for me. Initially, there was no training other than OJT and "call if you need help". No pressure and minimal stress as long as you do your job. There is no office politics at my level. Best approach: come to work, do your job and go home.

It has been a good job. The recent changes have had a positive impact on overall operations at my level. Again the pay rate needs to reflect the increased work load

Personal experience has been good. I have seen a lot of people come and go however i can not control that. I come to work. Do my job. Go home and leave the job at the job. I would like to see more bonus money!!

Having back up support available when needed.

Aggressive, get the job done and move on.

There is no real consistency between us. A lot of misinformation.

If you do your job to the best of your ability, they will leave you alone.

Everyone has a role to play now. Whereas before there were a few people doing a lot of jobs.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The people that have been here for a while are very dedicated to their job and seem to be genuine in their interactions.

Very open and trusting environment. No one is micro managed. Goals and deadlines are always reasonable. Everyone seems to know what their role is and what their duties are.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The scope of work with this job has increased significantly in the past 6 months. We are now doing more to compensate for roles that have been eliminated.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Change is always good, but when you don't communicate, it becomes very frustrating. Brad and Cliff always presented themselves to be very organized and professional. With the new blood, its like dealing with the fraternity.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The work load is increasing. Salaries are not. This was not a good year to take away the cost of living increase. Internal promotion opportunities seem to only be at the office and available to external candidates.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Communication between the different levels of employees still leaves a lot to be desired. Something as simple as turn your "out of the office reply "on when you are out of the office. We installed this microsoft 365 and it seems like no one teally uses it thst much.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Well the people at the office seem to get a lot of little motivational perks and office activities, whereas the people out on the front line at the properties seem to be left out. They have a carnival, we should get time off. But the best thing is when we sell a property, everyone win$$$$.
