I feel that we could always make better, but the pay is competitive, and the benifits are great.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is friendly, and they try to promote with in, instead of hiring for key positions from the outside.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love the fact that theu care. They ask questions to see how you are, and also to see if they can help. They don't yell at you here either. They treat you like a person, not as just a body. We also work towards a goal, to make tgings better, and also ask our input and our opinion.
