Bonuses were cut without clear metrics on a new end of year bonus structure. Unsure if this will essentially lead to a pay cut - would just like transparency.

We're really making efforts to and striving to become the kind of company I've always wanted to work for. 10 Federal is clearly putting in the work to make this a rewarding work environment.
