Not Good ....Just Quit yesterday after working many hours for over 2 months and doing opening of new Restaurant!!

What isn't or hasn't been wrong!! I could write a Book about this job experience for over 2 months now!!! LOL
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Management....Respecting employees...Giving at least a restroom break when opening at 4am and working until after 3pm? Many days without leaving my position all day
