My manager understands that this is a performance based business and completing our assignments is the most important part. If I need to spend time at 10pm doing work then I have that flexibility

My boss trusts my decision process and lets me direct the path of how to perform my job best. I do have guidelines to follow, but other than that, I am free to pursue ways to improve and grow our company's success. The team I work with is very supportive and enjoys helping each other become better.
