They are really good at communicating and keeping all of us in the loop.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel that for the work that we do which was not in our job description we should be compensated more. Also there should be a scale on reliability so they can feel more valued as they are used more often than others making the same pay. Also we need more than 300 characters.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I am glad we are able to communicate problems that we are having in store and are not looked down upon for having the issue. we are helped in a timely manner and very professionally too. I just wish there was more of a chance to meet in person. we all live in the same state most of the time.
