I started with Premium at the beginning of my role and when 2020 got our contract, it made the job all the better. We were integrated quickly and easily, and we were given raises as well as more frequent pay. This has done so much to help me in my life and I'm grateful.
What makes you most happy at work?
I get to go in with a set schedule and work for set hours doing something I'm passionate about. The company values innovation and celebrates its employees. It feels good
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The weekly pay at the rate I receive is fantastic. It's very competitive pay and is enough to cover the basics of life while still giving me enough to enjoy my life outside of work
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
You're overall left to your own devices and given a long leash to do what you need to in store. But, you know you always have your team just a text away if you need anything
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My manager is refreshingly human. He's always there if I need help, but he gives me enough room to breathe and doesn't micromanage. I'm given guidelines and metrics, but I have the freedom to hit them my way.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I recently got to go to an event, HLM, to be part of the team for my company and it was fantastic meeting all my coworkers from around the country and getting to be a part of a team with them. Everyone had been there and done the same as I had, but we were so easily able to share our best practices
