Working at 2020 is the first time that I feel like I have finally found my home at work. Many companies say that they are family oriented but 2020 is the only one that I have found that really means it. They take care of their people first and let everything else follow.

I have an opportunity to really get paid when I’m worth. Higher performance generally means higher compensation and targets are set fairly to allow me to achieve bonus

Everything was explained very clearly upfront and even the challenges about the position were laid out in a way that truly ensured I understood what I was getting into

My leadership team truly cares about the people that are working for them and are always there to provide support, but also trust me enough to let me succeed in my own way.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is comprised of a diverse group of individuals from across the country and all walks of life. Everybody brings different experiences and we work together to pull the best of those to drive our program forward.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is encouraged to bring ideas to the table and use their past experiences to help drive improvement. Some of the best ideas come from entry level employees and everyone is listened to. We all want to succeed together regardless of where the idea came from.
