2020 companies strives to be a people company and does an amazing job at it they hold annual company meetings to reward us.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best part about our benefits package is the amount of health care access we have and the great deal of discounts. This is the first company I have worked for that has provided high end health packages.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our team is very insightful and make us feel involved within our business. Our team promotes positivity and fosters a place that feels like a second home. Our team challenges us but also rewards us for doing well.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I appreciate that my leadership team is communicative and supportive. They provide great insights when it comes to opportunities and reward me for good behaviors driven. Its helped me become a better leader and overall has given me skillsets I did not have previously.
