I like how much you help with our benefits costs and that there's an employee match on the 401k

theyre always willing to listen to our contributions and complaints during the weekly meetings or through the online chats we use
What makes you most happy at work?
the help we get from the relationships we have at theses stores so they sell more of our products when were not in store
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
not specific to my current company within 2020 but trying to get interviews with different areas i was looking to move to and then just being completely blown off for the virtual interviews on multiple occasions
