It is reviewed annually with market evaluation. My manager is open to hear where there is a gap and is able to reflect on. Compensation is reviewed locally across the nation.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our company is employee centric and thus inclusive and concerned for all team members across the nation. EC is focused on a positive employee experience and constantly seeking ways to demonstrate that.

They are smart, driven, and care about the entire team across the company. They are in constant learning mode and are passionate about their job and serving their fellow employees. They are great problem solvers.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership listens to issues encouraging problem solutions. Their concern for a healthy work environment is paramount. They support creative new avenues and guide toward a positive direction challenging and providing support and direction. They are every day, accessible people.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I was interviewed by my manager, my peers, and had an opportunity to sit with HR. I had opportunity to ask posing questions and understand my benefits before taking the position. I interviewed my team while being interviewed for the right fit.
