What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture is very employee-forward. Yes we represent other companies, but 2020 works hard to ensure that their culture shines through it all. 2020 offers a high level of support.
What did you like most about the interview process?
When I was hired, because of the situation, 2020 companies was able to rectify several immediate issues regarding PTO, 401(k), and insurance. The process is relatively easy to get through when conditions are adequate.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team has been together for many years. Some have left to move on to other positions but the team dynamic has remained strong. I know I can look to my team for work and morale support which is very important to me.
