Everyone in upper leadership all the way to the CEO seems to understand that this is a people business and it makes all the difference in the world. With regards to work, you usually get 2/3 between work/life balance, good pay and enjoying what you do. I'm grateful to say 2020 has given me all 3!
What makes you most happy at work?
When I can clearly see the impact from a training session with an associate, or when a customer is truly thrilled with their purchase after my guidance.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team for my particular program is beyond exceptional. Once again, they're very "people first" and it makes me excited to do the best work that I can for them.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The interviews I've done with 2020 have all had some kind of outlying factor (generally positive) that removes them from the norm so I don't think it's reasonable for me to comment here.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our team is a direct reflection of our leadership and with great leadership comes a great team. The average person on my team appears to care about their job, and they are all excited to do it. Great talent on our team! (I bet I've shared enough that Ralph could guess whose survey this is.)
