The people I get to work with every day. The work I am blessed to do every day and the ability to influence direction.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The focus on the individual and the skills that can be brought to the company. While there is structure, the interviews feel more like a dialogue than an interview.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team leads by example, engaging program leadership and our field teams respectfully, creating a strong team culture, and listening carefully to team feedback on how to improve the company.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I believe I am paid fairly - everyone always wants more, however, I feel my pay is fair to my position. The benefits program has been good for me and my family.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is very supportive of each other. Everyone operates as a great teammate and is willing to jump in and support each other. We also have terrific meetings together - balancing a fun environment with getting work prioritized and completed.
