Overall, my experience has been wonderful - the program I am in may be small but they provide the materials needed to grow, succeed in your role, and expand beyond it. They have a very clear structure so role confusion is near impossible.
What makes you most happy at work?
What makes me happy at work is developing and training my peers and customers. I love developing people personally and professionally, so this has been a blast.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Actual questions being asked and not the typical 'where do you see yourself in 5 years?' Instead, they asked what I would in certain scenarios, my experience with the products, etc.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Positive culture is important. It defines how a company can keep retention low and motivate employees outside of extrinsic values. The most positive thing is the support of our upper and lower management.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Best part is the occasional bonuses that come through. It differs per program, but we had a holiday spiff where we obtained $5 per unit sold, which you could reach upwards of $1,000 if you sold enough.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Best thing about my team is the attitude and work ethic. Everyone on my team is very friendly but professional - were all adults and we act as such, which is great. Nothing is more demoralizing and stressful than workplace drama and immaturity.
