Actual questions being asked and not the typical 'where do you see yourself in 5 years?' Instead, they asked what I would in certain scenarios, my experience with the products, etc.
Positive culture is important. It defines how a company can keep retention low and motivate employees outside of extrinsic values. The most positive thing is the support of our upper and lower management.
Best part is the occasional bonuses that come through. It differs per program, but we had a holiday spiff where we obtained $5 per unit sold, which you could reach upwards of $1,000 if you sold enough.
Best thing about my team is the attitude and work ethic. Everyone on my team is very friendly but professional - were all adults and we act as such, which is great. Nothing is more demoralizing and stressful than workplace drama and immaturity.
