What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Clearer instruction and better treatment towards employees.
Honesty. Could have been great, but they will jump at any chance to reduce costs, including cutting staff in a dishonest way.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
401k, better IRA's, & financial CD's.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Relationship is broken. No effort made to fix.

Several people have stayed because of our dedication to our customer. The new people are a joke- no skills and no quality what so ever

Everyone are given personal spaces
