I like that our leadership team is very open when we have questions about projects/things that are going on within the company.

They need to ask the employees what they need/want/are working on before making decisions that affect them. They need to be more involved and visible. They need to impress upon management the importance of being better leaders/require all management to take leadership training.
Creating more buzz about the new initiatives and directions the company is heading towards.
