Already stated....Live up to the company 24Hr was a few decades ago.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
15 years ago group fitness professionals were granted health benefits for part time work, 24Hr provided child care, reimbursed for Les Mills materials, provided free continuing ed to all group x staff and paid more per hour 15 years ago than it does today.
