What is the best part about your compensation package?

Potential value of stock options.

Certain benefits are available immediately upon full time hire, and one of those is medical insurance; very appreciative of this practice, as most companies make you wait at least six months.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I don't feel I am undervalued. I love my position as a designer. I love painting, designing and coming up with original quotes, and Bible verses for the products. Some of my quotes are to bring a smile, a chuckle, or a laugh for my guests & as they leave the store to feel their best about life.

If the company actually cared about employees, they would remove the Beavers from the company and actually put in an experience leadership team vs. all their college frat buddies.
