Getting paid and leaving the company parking lot

My daily tasks are enjoyable and communication between departments is polite and kind

Getting hard problems solved. Working as a team to deliver results.

Designing my own products everyday.

Being able to get and continue a steady pace, as while we all work decently hard we really can only work at the pace of our machines, and if they get quirky we all get slowed down.
