What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The 'leadership' team is literally a family and their subordinates, the 'family' uses the company as their personal piggy bank, and a way to feel superior.
Not rushing and stressing out
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't feel I am undervalued. I love my position as a designer. I love painting, designing and coming up with original quotes, and Bible verses for the products. Some of my quotes are to bring a smile, a chuckle, or a laugh for my guests & as they leave the store to feel their best about life.
If the company actually cared about employees, they would remove the Beavers from the company and actually put in an experience leadership team vs. all their college frat buddies.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
No one really cares about how the company does as long as they can collect their paycheck. This is the most toxic environment because everyone is looking to jump ship.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The Beavers need to remove themselves from the company and actually hire a competent leadership team.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
There is no process, interviews are if the other coworkers deem you as 'cool' or not.
