What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are awesome they care about the company employees and customers
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They dont take in consideration of the manual labor us mailing agents do, the ride our backs to move fast lifting heavy objects and can be disrespectful at times!!! Then we have delta employees that come help us dgs members at times and they told us they're starting pay is $15.00 hr we make $10.00
