What does the leadership team need to get better at?They dont take in consideration of the manual labor us mailing agents do, the ride our backs to move fast lifting heavy objects and can be disrespectful at times!!! Then we have delta employees that come help us dgs members at times and they told us they're starting pay is $15.00 hr we make $10.00
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Delta cargo employees do the same exact thing we do as mailing agents and get paid $15 and up we start at $10 it's not fair at all! That makes us feel undervalued
