I worked with WTC Noida. The HR was the worst. But of the blue they suddenly come up with restructuring of salary structure and your pay comes down. Shipra Lavaniya who is the GM of HR is rude write offensive emails. Since she is HR everyone is scared of her as she can give bad recommendations.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Change the HR head and her team.
What did you like most about the interview process?
My current company is amazing. Extremely good HR. Very polite. Very courteous. I never had to do 1 follow up.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Processes are not in place. Over commitment to customers made by MDs and Leads with out consulting the Project managers of they can even be delivered
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
They sell Projects very cheap. The rates are too low and over commitments made with out consulting the delivery team. The MD of WTC turns deaf ear to feedback given.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My boss the delivery head of WTC Noida is excellent person. I wanted to work form him as I could learn a lot. But WTC HR policies are so bad that I resigned
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I used to work 13 hrs a day on a average over a year. I supported the org during COVID when 1/2 the employee was sick. I had COVID but I used to work to support the org. No additional pay for over time not even a word of thanks.
