Listening to the feedback. Improve training that doesnt mean it needs to be longer. Stop micromanaging and trust your managers.

Focus on their customers and employees and not themselves. Poor management at all levels of management in the Company. Poor compensation, long hours, negative approach to employees and customers needs to be changed by the CEO who is letting managment underneath him run rampart.

base salary is decent. the commission structure is only as good as they make it sound once you're pumping out 3-4 sales a month. it's a long sales cycle and hard to do

With lack of training there is a longer ramp up period so either fix training or offer a higher salary.
Sales quotas are always changing, for the WORST. Hibu needs to get back to higher wages, sales quotas that can attained, and listen to employees and customers. Quit forcing policies, get feedback and change.

They teach sales people to say things to the customer to make a purchase without any intentions of living up to their side of the bargain. Take a look at their reviews online and you will see many unhappy customers who feel like they were lied to. Breakdown between what is sold and what they deliver

Hiring professionals,recognizing their unique strengths Better hiring practices, strategic leadership (fewer levels of mid-management all focused on the same task), mentor programs, standardization of regional practices to reduce episodes of rogue leaders who degrade culture and vision.
Morale has been low for about 2 years or more. The company has made it worse with unrealistic work deadlines and micromanaging.

Be thorough and honest about pay/ commission transparency

The Company, Hibu, went from an amazing Company to work for to the absolute worst Company to work for. Hibu is non-supporter of its employees and customers and that is why employees are leaving and so are valued clients.

They are more concern with getting new customers then keeping existing customers. It is impossible to sell what you do not believe in. I wish they would make it easier for their salespeople by living up to their end of the bargain. The fulfillment of the product or service.
