I'm gonna just put it this way . If you bully others and act as if your in high-school you'll go far the Idea is great but it's ran like high-school on store levels. I've watched the laziest employees make it to management quickly while others get left behind and treated unfairly.
I just love working at midwest. We work together as a team to get the job done.
I have been here over 12 yrs, i probably will be for another 20, unless I have another child.
