I'm gonna just put it this way . If you bully others and act as if your in high-school you'll go far the Idea is great but it's ran like high-school on store levels. I've watched the laziest employees make it to management quickly while others get left behind and treated unfairly.

People shouldn't be rewarded for unethical actions or for being class pet instead of doing thier jobs

The boss seemed very nice and was open.

It was easy, she looked at my resume, told me about the job, showed me around. Asked if I would want to work there, and then offered me the job spot on, easy and nice.

Customers are the only thing at this point

I love the enviorment. The company is going in the right direction.

I like comforting people, a huge part of my job.
